Just so everyone's aware, all of the deviations have been removed from her gallery by the staff, and she's been given 30 days to provide written proof that she has permission to post those images.

Usually before we can proceed on a complaint of this nature we prefer to first receive a DMCA copyright infringement notice from the actual copyright owner or their legal representative as they are the only parties legally able to make a complaint of this nature.

However in this particular case I believe that we can be justified in requesting that this member provide us with written proof of permission to use the resources which were included in their deviation. We'll remove this deviation from public view and give this person thirty (30) days to provide us with proof of permission before we proceed any further with the matter.

(I was then told that I should use the "Report Deviation" feature on the deviations, but we all know how well that works. :|)
